• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact T Bagi Support immediately.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must remain active, as important notifications will be sent through these channels.
• If your account details change (such as your phone number or email), you must notify T Bagi immediately.

T Bagi may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process in certain cases. This may involve submitting your NID, passport, or other identity documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is completed.

3. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on T Bagi. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. T Bagi is committed to the protection of children and young people.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal under the laws of your country.
• T Bagi cannot be accessed from any country or region where online betting is completely prohibited.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on T Bagi are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). T Bagi provides payment services with no hidden charges.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. However, delays may occur if KYC verification is still pending.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet used for the deposit.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made (wagering conditions apply).
• T Bagi reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction in cases of suspected fraud or technical issues.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, T Bagi reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are final.
• A maximum bet limit applies to each individual event and may vary depending on the event.
• If T Bagi receives information suggesting match-fixing or any unethical conduct, the bets involved will be voided.

7. Prohibited Activities

T Bagi is firmly committed to maintaining an honest and fair platform. Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or opening an account under a false identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in "bonus hunting".
• Accessing another member's account or attempting to hack into one.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Using T Bagi for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Any form of cyberattack targeting T Bagi's systems or network.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving offensively toward other members.
• Using T Bagi's brand or logo without authorization.

10. Account Closure & Suspension
